Welcome to KusuManu

Thank you for visiting my site. I am a SystemsLibrarian by profession and an aspiring writer in the coming time. I live in London, United Kingdon, and have a small in-house library; I like pencil sketches, singing, reading, etc. (And gettin’ caught in computer systems.)

On this lockdown birthday of 2021, I am determined to put some serious efforts to promote ethical values, education, women empowerment, emotional and mental well-being etc. in the coming time. Considering this, I am glad to announce the launching of “KusuManu” – dedicating this portal to my parents in their loving memories. I wish to create digitization of their teachings with my learnings in the coming time so that society can be benefitted positively through working mothers, working women, homemakers and so on. I am confident that it can be helpful to manage the lives around us well in many ways. The KusuManu was founded in 1965 and has been growing well since then. Happy Reading!

Why did I choose the name “KusuManu”?

Well, there are several reasons, a few of them as below according to me.

My mother’s name is Kusumben & my father’s home name is “Manu”. So the first two letters of my parents’ name become “KusuManu”.

My mother used to tell me “Your father is my living God” “તારા પિતાજી એ મારા ભગવાન છે”. So કુસુમનું means belongs to Kusum. My father stays everywhere, in my personal life as well as in my professional life. It was only and only my mother who taught me how to interpret my father’s true love for us, their children. So ultimately everything belongs to my mother.

No school in the world teaches us to love and revive our senses. No institute helps to keep the emotions alive. Compassion does not have any syllabus. No technology keeps us alive infinite. Independent doesn’t mean free. Education gives us understanding but life teaches us to live. For example, knowledge gives the understanding of water but thirst can only be experienced through living.
